Make cooked, vibrant green asparagus while leaving all of the nutrients inside the vegetable using the Electrolux Professional SpeeDelight.


12ea Asparagus

20g Water

40g Shaved Manchego Cheese

20g Olive Oil

1g Finishing Salt


Place the asparagus on the glass top.

Add the water and start the program.

Transfer to a serving dish and finish with olive oil, salt and Manchego cheese.
